New-fashioned and soundproof rooms with bathrooms and a wonderful park view. Excellent design and amazing service throughout the hotel. - Polite staff at the reception and elsewhere.

Cleanliness, equipment, very comfortable beds and pillows!!! The staff was very friendly.

Our rooms were on the first floor. Directly at the open foyer. It was very loud. Loud music, loud laughter also of the guests of the restaurant when leaving. For a family with children on the transit perhaps not the right rooms, otherwise a very nice hotel. Some days before, on the way to France, we also stayed here, we had rooms on the 2nd floor. There was nothing to hear from the volume. The restaurant was only ok. My son had a fillet of beef for 39€ and the fries were probably frozen. My ribbon noodles with truffles were in a lot of cream sauce and had very little truffle and truffle taste. There I would have expected a little bit more with the prices.

The room was beautifully designed and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival, which was a delightful surprise. The restaurant served exquisite food and the attentive staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently situated near the highway while still maintaining a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The helpful and friendly staff, along with the convenient parking and amenities such as wi-fi, luggage storage, bar/lounge area, and a restaurant, make this hotel a top choice. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

The breakfast deal was exceptional with homemade honey, fresh orange juice and also good options. I enjoyed convenient placing of central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV in the standard double room.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Gerbermuhle. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a lovely shower. The hotel's location next to the Main river and the adjacent park provided a beautiful setting for walks. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast could have been improved with a wider selection of fruits and cold drinks besides water, milk, and orange juice.

An excellent small hotel on the banks of the river Main.They have a lovely garden restaurant about ten metres from the river,which is always pleasently cool.Good beds,excellent service,friendly staff.The restaurant alone is worth a trip,with an interesting wine card.There were mostly business people staying there at the time.Reasonably priced by Frankfurt standards,and very good value for money.

If you are early- to -bed types,it can get a bit loud in the evening with a few revellers in the garden below.However,the windows are so soundproof,and the air-conditioning so good,that you won`t hear anything from outside.I really have no negative complaints.

The location was quiet and exceptionally nice for exploring this green area, very close to the Old City Frankfurt, and the conservatory😀👌

Excellent service, one of the best I have experienced. Breakfast really good, again impeccable service there as well. Only minus is the fact, that curtains could not be closed, which is kind of unpleasant in June, early morning the daylight wakes one up.

The historic location next to 4 great restaurants was fantastic. the conservatory with a view of the Sachsenhausen district was lovely. - I really enjoyed my room with a beautiful park view. - the bed in my room was spacious and comfortable.

I absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of this hotel. The decoration was tastefully done with warm colors and comfortable furniture, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were accessible for senior people like myself, with smooth walkways and conveniently placed handrails. It was a pleasure to navigate around the hotel without any difficulty. The location was also ideal, providing a serene and peaceful environment away from the bustling city center.

I do wish that the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

This hotel was first class. The staff we very helpful and spoke very good english. We found the room and the hotel to be very well kept. The breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted very good.

The food was fabulous and the wait-staff were excellent. I thought both the dinner and the breakfast were over-the-top in taste and presentation.

Although I chose this hotel for its location, I actually thought it was closer to the downtown old part of Frankfurt. It was actually further away than I was aware. Nonetheless, I really am glad I stayed there and I would do so again. The Park setting along the bank of the river more than made up for the distance away from the City Center.

During our stay by the river, we had a wonderful time at this small but well-designed boutique hotel. The terrace offered a scenic view of the river, especially in the early morning. We also visited a few nearby restaurants that were fantastic. The hotel restaurant's winter garden served a delicious breakfast and the bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and we appreciated the unique design of the rooms.

The hotel's poor location made it difficult to get to other areas without a car.
